Govana 21 small white sugar-coated tab Gestodene 0.075 mg, ethinyl estradiol 0.03 mg. Govana ED 21 small white sugar-coated tab Gestodene 0.075 mg, ethinyl estradiol 0.03 mg, 7 large white sugar-coated tab lactose monohydrate 45 mg
Dosage/Direction for Use
1 tab once daily. Take 1st tab on day 1 of menstruation.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity. Breast & endometrium carcinoma, neoplasia, cardiac insufficiency, cerebrovascular disease, CAD, hepatic disease, hepatic tumor, jaundice, thrombosis, uterine bleeding. Pregnancy.  
Special Precautions
Increased risk of developing hepatocellular carcinoma, dysplasia & cervical carcinoma in prolonged use. Lactation.
Adverse Reactions
Thromboembolism, changes in menstrual pattern or intermenstrual bleeding, headache, migraine, HTN, vag candidiasis, breast tumors, hepatocellular carcinoma & mental depression.
Drug Interactions
Increased conc of anticoagulant, caffeine, benzodiazepine, cyclosporin. Increased OC conc w/ atorvastatin or theophylline. Decreased OC conc w/ barbiturates, carbamazepine, griseofulvin, phenytoin, primidone, rifabutin, rifampin, ritonavir, St. John's wort, troglitazone.
